as piling works commence.
August 2014 Update
10 Buchanan Street has been bustling with activity as piling works have commenced in preparation
for the first stage of basement excavation. Civil works are also underway to relocate and/or put power
lines underground. August and September will see bulk excavation work progressing with the capping beam installed to the concrete piles and shotcrete applied to basement walls. With completion currently anticipated for the last quarter of 2015, we look forward to keeping you informed as construction progresses.
