The Master Builders Excellence In Housing Awards acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements and high quality construction of members in the residential sector of the building industry. On site judging at Flora took place in July of 2013 with the judges being exceptionally impressed by the high quality of craftsmanship down to the smallest of details. Flora Apartments is a boutique apartment development designed by award winning designers Hecker Guthrie with kitchens by world renowned chef Guy Grossi. Containing only 10 apartments, Flora was completed in November 2011 and has previously won an International Property Award in the category of Best Apartment Australasia and short listed in the Bayside Built Environment Awards 2012.
