Collins & Queen construction update
Significant building progress on Collins & Queen Essendon
sees anticipated completion on track for third quarter of 2015.

If you have had the opportunity to drive past recently you would see firsthand the significant progress being made and the form of the building beginning to take shape. Structural basement works have been completed and the first level slab of building B and level 4 slab of building A have been poured. We are currently in the process of installing the textured precast concrete panels to the external walls and installing ground floor windows to building A.
December/ January will see the commencement of various fit out works and the concrete roof slabs poured for both building A & B. We wish you a relaxing and enjoyable festive season and look forward to keeping you informed throughout the construction process. We anticipate completion to be on track for the third quarter of 2015.
